Amateur Diving Course

Admission Conditions :

• Must belong to FPAS
• Not to have less than 17 years of age (Dec. n.º 48.365, May of 1968).
• To possess the obligatory education.
• Know how to swim.
• To obey to physical fitness conditions proven by certificate doctor:
  • Physical and mental health that allows him/her to practice amateur dive.
  • Breathing and Heart apparels normal, with functional capacity inside of the physiologic limits.
  • Normal nervous system.
  • Normal listening apparel, as well as perfect permeability (' tubárica').
    

Documents Necessary:

• Doctor Certificate proving the physical fitness conditions, accompanied of lung x-ray and 'electrocardiograma' with the respective reports.
• Certificate of simple narrative age.
• The parents' authorization or tutors (for minor).
• Document proving of having accomplished obligatory education established by the law.
  

Emitted Certificate :

• Diving Notebook (Dec. n.º 48.365).
  (The only certificatethat is recognized in Portugal but not internationally)
