P1
A CMAS P1 diver (Supervised Diver) is capable to dive in an area of protected waters up to 20m of depth being prepared to earn experience in open water accompanied by a dive rthat has at least a CMAS P2 course or by an instructor of any level.
It is not enabled to accompany divers of the same level, nor to make dives that requires decompression stops.
Emitted Certificate:
- International CMAS P1 card and Certificate.
Note: In the courses supplied by the schools FPAS/CMAS that work in the federal extent, FPAS is emitted simultaneously with the CMAS P1 card , corresponding to the national qualification of Amateur Diver .
National Course of Amateur Dive,was approved by DGM in August 2001.
Requirements:
- Must belong to FPAS
- Not to have less than 17 years of age (Dec. n.º 48.365, May of 1968).
- To possess the obligatory education.
- Know how to swim.
- To obey to physical fitness conditions proven by certificate doctor:
- Physical and mental health that allows him/her to practice amateur dive.
- Breathing and Heart apparels normal, with functional capacity inside of the physiologic limits.
- Normal nervous system.
- Normal listening apparel, as well as perfect permeability (' tubárica').
